KEMPERTEC FPO Primer has been specifically developed for polyolefin plastics (FPO/TPO) – in other words for sheeting which, like a Teflon frying pan, makes it almost impossible for other materials to adhere. The primer ensures optimum adhesion between polyolefinic plastic sheeting and the liquid applied waterproofing systems KEMPEROL 1K-PUR, KEMPEROL 2K-PUR, KEMPEROL AC Speed and KEMPEROL AC Speed+.

By the way: The single-component primer can be applied straight from the container, flashes off quickly and can receive the next coat after just 30 minutes.

Application areas
For new buildings and repair work. Optimum adhesion between polyolefinic plastics (FPO/TPO) and the following waterproofing systems: KEMPEROL 2K-PUR, KEMPEROL 1K-PUR, KEMPEROL AC Speed and KEMPEROL AC Speed +

Properties
At +23°C and max. 50% rel. humidity:  

• workability time approx. 5 minutes
• rainproof after approx. 30 minutes
• can be walked on after approx. 30 minutes
• can receive the next coat after approx. 30 minutes

Consumption
Depending on the substrate and temperature: approx. 50 to 150 g/m2. An increased level of consumption must be taken into account at higher temperatures.
